I found this little bag in an old collection. - And the model :-) Number 1929 - And copyright states 1988 - It has a total of 13 bricks. At the PLD website, clicking on the 'larger image' button doesn't produce. That's because of a directory typo. I mailed them about this ages ago and it's still broken.
