FYI, loc.uk currently has Richard Franks as its curator.

Who made a plea back in 2000 for someone to take over.
Which people said they would.
But no one ever did.
Hence my sarcastic remark about the annual "who manages the UK site"
question.

(...) It was me and Carbon60, with many emails to Todd ans Suz, nothing happened.. so it kinda the dust settled on that - I don't have the resources or time to do this now.
