I'd like to volunteer for curator of Lugnet.technic. I've thought of a few
ideas that I think would be useful for people who read and participate in
the newsgroup.
I would like to see a web page for each of the following:
* Compilation of links to websites featuring Technic creations and ideas.
* Archive of Lugnet.technic posts from people announcing their new websites,
new mocs, or Brickshelf pics.
* Archive of questions posted from people asking, "How do I do 'this' with
Technic parts...". This will help to feature not only the questions, but the
responses generated. Sometimes the responses are very useful and worth
sharing with all.
* Archive of new ideas posted announcing, "Hey, I did 'this' with Technic
parts...".
* FAQ's. I don't recall any specific ones at the moment, but a search can be
done through the old messages to find some.
* Plus more- I'm sure other people will have good suggestions.
Keep in mind that these ideas could be useful to other groups- just
substitute a different subject in place of "Technic" above.
