We haven't picked the standerd title text yet. once decided on, it'll probably
be inserted automaticly above lists.
I think we (admins) feel that the spotlight activity in the underlying groups
will be called "Highlights", leaving the term "Spotlight" for the whole of
LUGNET. So, a Highlighted post in .duplo *may* become popular enough to be
Spotlighted.
I'm guessing that the headers will all read the same, but with the group's name
written small, below it:
News Highlights
---------------
lugnet.trains
But nothing's for sure yet.
