  Got the 7159 Pod Bucket...

Weird. Yesterday LDMI wrote me and said that the 7159 Star Wars Pod Bucket (the full name as printed on the receipt, which is handy since it's not printed anywhere on the bucket itself) was going to be postponed until 6/15. Wellsir, imagine my (...) (24 years ago, 4-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: 3340 SW "Darthpack" on S@H now!

(...) Are we to derive this from what's printed on the box ("Star Wars #4), or what's in TLC's computers ("Pit Droids With Leader")? We'd better go with the former, because who knows what names TLC used in their system last year, or ten years ago, (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us)

MSRP prices for 7146 and 7166

Hi... My first instinct when I see new sets is to call LS@H to see if they're available. They're listed in their system, but obviously not coming out until 1/1/2001 (although I'm sure Wal-Mart will have 'em all earlier than that). The call did give (...)   Re: Classic Space set design and building contest

Hi, This is a great idea! Really gets juices going. Here's something I did a few months ago. It was going to be for April Fools, but I can't wait any longer. I suppose I'll have to enter this link twice, since there's two sets included. It's a (...) (24 years ago, 27-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

TLC: Use annual contests for Classically-designed set releases!

Hi fellow droolers. There's a lot of good designs already in this Classic Space contest, and it really got me to thinking. I would spend sick money on the LL-932 (?), super-gigantor Galaxy Explorer's 'big brother' set submitted recently. I'm sure (...)
