Re: Silly email of the week

(...) Yeah. That decimal's just about one place off. Gawd. Maybe two. That's a big honker. --Dave (jot and jab) (22 years ago, 6-May-02, to lugnet.space)

Blacktron Super Vehicle 6741 is actualy 4741

Check out the enlarged image in the database...the number clearly says 4741, not 6741. And to think for three years I've been scouring ebay for the wrong number. BAH!! --Dave (jot and jab) (22 years ago, 6-May-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Which Classic Space Set?

(...) Actually, to contradict myself, the 497 is my kids' favorite thing to play with out of my big ol' classic space display, second only to the triple-6990 track. <a href="(URL)FUN</a> --Dave :o) (22 years ago, 1-May-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Which Classic Space Set?

(...) Aren't these Legend sets like 90% for adult collectors anyway? I guess I've never really understood the marketing strategy. Seeing as how most interested adult collectors would 1) already have the set, and 2) not want a re-release lowering the (...) (22 years ago, 30-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Which Classic Space Set?

(...) I personally would like to see a 1593, but since only 0.000001% of "average people" have ever heard of it, it couldn't very well be described as a "Legend." Oh, well. --Dave (22 years ago, 30-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Pick a font, any font. And then stick with it. I liked the movie (great creations!), but I'm a designer so I have to nitpick the usage of 20+ different fonts being used! :-) --Dave (jot and jab) (22 years ago, 28-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Technic I.M.S.
