Re: Box Art for 2003 LEGO World City Products!

Yes! The man back to bring you down! Lego has returned to its classic theme of police opression and incarceration of nonconformists, hippies, people with stubble, and criminals. The return of the police state is key. I won't be able to collect (...) (21 years ago, 12-May-03, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.town)

  Re: Terran Walker Tripod

Sylvi, you prolific space-kitten. The Tripod of death is very, very cool. The first thing that came to mind was that body-pod-harvesting atrocity in the Matrix. If you could make the tripod in black, and give it a big pod sack... don't mind me, I'm (...) (21 years ago, 16-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Gutting an optical mouse - Part I

Based on recent discussions of using a mouse as a positioning device and sheer curiousity in exploiting the potential of a PS/2 device in general, I bought one. I couldn't wait to void the warranty! The following is lengthy, just to warn you. Also, (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jul-02, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Monkeys

Agree that their heads should turn, and even be removable to make hybrid monkey-men...but they are the best of all lego animals, they have the most articulation. Gray monkeys would be cool, so would black or red. It would also be nice if they could (...) (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.fun)

  Re: Micro Tanker/Dropship

Jeff this moc is very cool. When I first looked at it, I have to say that a micro-tanker/dropship was not what came to mind. I thought it looked more like a futuristic missle, along the lines of a tomahawk. I sat down and built one right away. The (...) (21 years ago, 28-May-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Set Phasers on... BUILD

Stuart, you have captured the phaser perfectly, right down to the dial on top of the phaser 1. I was wondering if the phaser1 can separate? Again, very cool moc. You should give the communicator or tricorder a shot. Lookout! Phaser on overload! (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

JEB, this is an outstanding moc, the kind that appeals to me because it is a 'slice of life'. The hill really gives a deceptive feeling of scale, I was very surpised to see the pull-back photos that show the entire project. I had pictured it as much (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-03, to lugnet.town)

What a collosal waste of time (which I will now add to). First, let me say that I wasn't around for the first bioncle vs. brick brawl, and I admit to being agitated by the subject line of this post. "Lugnet is lagging behind" My website gets more (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)
