  Re: Himoda Temple

Hey, That's great. Your walls and moat look just like some real castles I saw in Japan. My favourite is the garden with the lantern in it. regards, Mark (...) (22 years ago, 28-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle.ninja)

And the AT-AT has a Y-Wing Cockpit, and the Gunship has a Y-Wing "middle". So I guess if you buy all four you would have a very nice big mini Y-Wing. Mark (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Ok, which one of you did this?

(...) This is a disgrace. This is just rewarding crime. Surely if the thieves are caught the Lego should be returned to the children. What is wrong with Germany these days? Has it lost all sense of morality? I blame the Socialists. (22 years ago, 4-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: new 2003 sets

The Shuttle set looks great, but the Apollo set is a disgrace. The Command Module and Saturn launcher are not to scale to the Lander!!! Is it just me, or do other people enjoy the number of sets which have broken the shackles of mini-fig scale? I (...) (22 years ago, 4-Feb-03, to lugnet.modelteam)

  Re: new 2003 sets

(...) I am delighted with the lack of mini-figs. Lack of mini-figs means the Lego designers are entirely free to choose the scale to suit the subject (and I guess the parts budget for the set). I have noticed this year that there are many more sets (...) (22 years ago, 4-Feb-03, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.space)

Re: New LEGO photos from Toy Fair 2003

Has anyone else noticed how Lego is now cleverly guiding innocent create'n'builders surely and slowly into being hardcore technic builders? I think this is a great move for Technic, as it will guarantee more technic fans over the years. Its now (...) (22 years ago, 17-Feb-03, to lugnet.year.2003, lugnet.technic)

Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

(...) I'm not a frequent poster to Lugnet, but I read it almost every day.   Re: Fwd from a builder: Colors don't match, among other things!

(...) Two new colours shouldnt be a big issue for sorting. If you are keen eyed, it'll be easy, and if not, then you won't care about the difference. (...) You will be able to figure this out simply by referring to the date of the set. Also, Lugnet, (...) (21 years ago, 28-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Old style danish country house in Miniland scale

Re: Now that I've had a chance to see the new colors

(...) I think that's overstating the problem, just a little. There are plenty of rocks, stones, even castles that are quite a "metallic" colour of grey. Yes, the old dark grey did have a nice "organic" feel to it, but really I don't think that the (...) (21 years ago, 16-Dec-03, to lugnet.general, FTX)

I tried with the other colours. In every case they (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jan-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, FTX)
