  Re: sub station?

(...) Substations usually have some transformers of various shapes with lots of cooling fins and insulators... although I haven't built a whole substation before, I did design a LEGO Factory model of a transformer transporter car, based on a real (...)   Re: Sometimes LEGO makes me crazy

(...) Sounds like an interesting problem you're facing. Although the blade area is still quite small, the LEGO Znap large wheels, 68mm (if you can find them) have a blade profile which should be able to drive a small wind tunnel. See this part (...) Hi Brett, Jordan, thanks for your comments on this! First: (...) I'm not working on LUGNET to ignore people, but to listen to them :-) (...) I haven't considered them as important as they seem to be. Well, I guess I have to place them to the front (...) (18 years ago, 21-Dec-06, to lugnet.admin.suggestions, FTX)

  Re: Classic Space Rocket Train

(...) Jordan, Thanks much for the kind words. Yes, I think it would be fun to do an alternate-history 1980s Lego catalog, with a number of space sets that could have been... A larger Space layout would be fun, too... I'm already beginning to picture (...) (18 years ago, 4-Jan-07, to lugnet.space, lugnet.trains, FTX)

Train list for 2006 - curator's request your eyes

Dear all, The curators of lugnet.trains are interested in checking that we have links to every "train" (by which we mean any vehicle with flanges that runs on track 1) MOC posted to lugnet.trains in 2006. We have assembled the below list (from first (...) (18 years ago, 1-Jan-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

(...) Jordan, good news, your KeithLUG application packet has been sent via UPS. The red thing against the wall is indeed a vending machine for Ogel Cola. (...) Hi Jordan and thanks for the mirror. To make it clear, that's not my server :-) Jean-Louis "JLB" our webmaster hosts FreeLUG and other websites (Eurobricks, Quelug) on Ipsyn (www.ipsyn.net). (...) Scott, Very nice work on the UP Dash-9. I'm a big of both your virtual model and the "real" model of it. You expertly capture North American locomotives in LEGO bricks!
