Re: Announcing Advanced LEGO Lighting Systems

(...) Jordan, these look great. I've been making something similar for my own trains for awhile. Are yours constant output style? Or does the output vary with the voltage supply? It's funny, but this was something I pursued when I first got into (...) (18 years ago, 27-Sep-06, to lugnet.market.brickshops, lugnet.parts.custom)

Re: Building the Christmas Train 2006: Set 10173 - brief report & pics

(...) Like Jordan I found that triple wheel sets work fine as long as the wheels are close together. However, with my (URL) breakdown crane>, I found that it did increase the rolling resistance somewhat in corners, so your trains will slow down more (...) If you know of any other Mac LDD users (or have a spare Mac box around), perhaps they could download this model and (...) (17 years ago, 17-Apr-07, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad.ldd)

Pricing for Fall 2007 LEGO sets

For those who like to plan their LEGO purchases well in advance: I've noticed that some online retailers have started to post prices for the upcoming LEGO sets to be released in Fall 2007.   Re: Parts, Parts, Parts

(...) Hi Damon, I enjoyed reading your post and share many of the same sentiments. I recall LEGO saying somewhere that generally speaking, sets re-released as Legends do not sell very well. This seems odd to me, since I would jump at the chance to (...) (17 years ago, 30-Apr-07, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: LDD Model of GG-1 Electric Locomotive - Advice Requested

(...) Glad that you ordered the GG1! This isn't the first complaint about instructions generation in LDD, unfortunately. I would suggest trying the different instructions modes (there's one for vehicles, buildings, and Technic) to see if you have (...) (17 years ago, 30-Apr-07, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad.ldd, FTX)

Re: MOC: "Retro Factory" Motorail Terminal

(...) Hi Jordan, I'm not usually into retro-settery but you've done a great job making a model that stands on its own out of the limited pallette at Factory. Both these models have a real "Lego set" feel which is appealling. Tim PS. For the benefit (...) (18 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
