(...) Ah, ok. My username is "jbschwarz" on the Factory website. Hope that you have better luck obtaining the LXF file that way. If not, I could email it to you or something. -Jordan (18 years ago, 27-Feb-07, to lugnet.trains)

  "UCS" LEGO Factory MOC: GP-38

I present my first venture into the world of 10-wide LEGO Factory train creations, a GP-38 locomotive in CSX-like colors. (URL) > A while back, there was some discussion about UCS train models, so I created this as a response. It can be used as a (...)   Re: MOC Trains Cars and Buildings

(...) ::snip:: (...) Hi Michael, Jason's suggestions are excellent ones. I think I've heard that the new Factory train box will debut on March 19 for $100, so you haven't much longer to wait.   Great Ball Contraption at BrickFest '06

There has not been a great deal of public discussion about having a Great Ball Contraption at BrickFest '06, but there WILL be a GBC at BF06. If you missed your chance last year, when we had almost fifty modules, now is the time to start building. (...) Here's something you could play around with before BF: (URL) by getting your robot to follow the line on the test pad. To answer your (...) (18 years ago, 11-Aug-06, to lugnet.robotics.nxt, FTX)

(...) Chuck, Sorry to hear of your difficulties building the model. That is one of the noted shortcomings of LEGO Factory - the instructions aren't too good. I have not put together instructions for that model, although I do have a LDRAW file (...) (18 years ago, 7-Mar-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

(...) Jordan, Sorry to tell you this, but getting NXTs to talk to each other isn't going to take very long. Of course, figuring out what to say may take a bit. People should be able to bring almost any NXT robot, and we'll be able to get them to (...) (18 years ago, 22-Aug-06, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

A story, and a new Trains website

As we near the release of LDD 2.0, I offer the following tale... Two weeks ago, I was visiting the Tyson's Corner LEGO Store. Although the store still sells 9V track and motors, they no longer carry 9V train sets, which number only a few these days (...) (18 years ago, 18-Mar-07, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad.ldd, FTX) !

LDD Model of GG-1 Electric Locomotive - Advice Requested
