Re: The Brick Testament - More Teachings of Jesus

(This has been sitting in my draft folder for weeks. Though I doubt you'd care to respond at this point, I thought I'd finish it up and post it anyway.) (...) Brendan, for a rational person such as yourself, you only accept explanations that can (...) (18 years ago, 29-Nov-06, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

  Re: Your LEGO Dream Set?

(...) My gut reaction to this question was one word - "monorail!" But I imagine anything involving the design of new pieces (or re-design of obsolete parts) would fail the "profitable" test. So I guess I would like to see comprehensive, single-color (...) (18 years ago, 28-Nov-06, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Re: Lego factory sets / building instructions

(...) Hi Ville, Unfortunately, there's no simple way to get the typical LEGO instructions experience with Factory. Often LDD's automatic instruction steps aren't well organized and sometimes impossible to follow. It's better if the model author (...) (18 years ago, 25-Nov-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad.ldd)

  Re: LEGO Sliding Picture Puzzle

(...) Thank you. As a kid, I found the sliding puzzles almost impossible to solve without cheating (taking them apart). But now I found them easier to solve... God bless those years of playing computer games. :D --Mike. (18 years ago, 21-Nov-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

CAD sketches of Swedish and one Danish train

Hello! I've not been doing any Lego-building or -CADding for a very long time now, and I've come to realize that I probably won't be doing it for a long time to come either. So finally I decided to post a couple of half-finished CAD sketches of (...) (18 years ago, 24-Nov-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX) !!

  Re: Electro-magnets

IMHO is the easiest way to get strong electro-magnets to disassemble 6V relays. They include good electro-magnets. I did so and was able to hold a 500g hammer with two of them running at 6V. I used relays from FINDER (Series 55 if i remember right), (...) (23 years ago, 11-Dec-01, to lugnet.robotics)

You have now many times asserted that there can be no rational explanations for the origin of the universe, but mere repeated assertion has done nothing to convince me (or others who have chimed in) you're right about this.
