Can someone please tell me what I would need to do to change a 4554 into a 2150? I assume that the yellow parts become red and the red parts become yellow but are there any parts that do not change color? what about other differences between the (...) (25 years ago, 12-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

Hello, I'm currently doing a project that requires emitter and receiver, but I have a problem. For the emitter circuit, pulses is received from the programmed that I've programmed into the Xilinx, it then sent the pulses to the emitter and the (...)
