A while back there was a thread (possibly several) about how a particular set would be clearanced at one WalMart but not another. I may have stumbled into a solution... (...) Actually, my guess would have been that these are two large outlet areas not currently served by a LEGO facility of some sort (Florida and the midwest have LICs, California has Legoland).
