(...) I bought a Magic Flash (5581) a few years ago and discovered that I was missing from 50 to 100 pieces. As near as I could tell, a parts bag left out of the box. The Lego service people worked with me to replace all of the missing parts. (26 years ago, 14-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)
