  Big Truck  [DAT]

Hi ! here my first big truck. It's inspired by an model in ideabook 250. The truck carries a frigiated trailer. I don't know, if it's too big for datsville ( 6 x 43 ! ), John, but if you want to use it, take it. The trailer is an extra sub-model, if (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: The History Of LEGO Sloped Bricks - Part 1

Jeff, you asked a very good question. Texture was an interesting part of these sloped pieces. The 1958-72 parts packs basically had the same texture. Not until the mid-1970's did the texture on some of the LEGO bricks start to vary. My train station (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) I'm probably a mile or two from the rail station (it's on the Franklin line).   Re: wanted: 1x3x2 and 1x2x2 blue-framed windows

That is why I added the second part. I did not want 1x2x2 owners to think I was ignoring them. I'll have to wait on the 1x3x2's. I probably should have just listed the 1x3x2's. Since I haven't posted to RTL yet I'll just post the 1x3x2 request and (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

(...) Woo-Hoo!! Did all these slopes have the same texture? I ask because I have three different textures on my slope bricks. Although I don't think I have any from before 1977. Jeff (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

They do hurt things. When viewing dat's in ldlite via the web interface parts with exponents do not render. They do render when you load them from a local file however.
