(...) LOL... there's so many strange variants to basic sets in the 1980s that I can't even keep it straight. We had a great meeting today! Seven teams showed up for the Build On The Spot competition. I guess it was harder than it seemed, but everyone had a robot, even if they didn't score too consistently. FOUR teams tied for first place! Great job, (...) (12 years ago, 27-Jan-13, to lugnet.org.us.smart)

No LEGO in the Walmart flyer this week. There isn't a TRU flyer. Zellers stores that are still open are in liquidation. The one I was in yesterday (Bedford, NS) had a handful of LEGO sets left at 30% off. They were 40% off before Christmas. Lots of (...) (12 years ago, 25-Jan-13, to lugnet.loc.ca)
