WOW!! I am surprised the scanned results are usable /AT ALL/!!!! I'm generally completely skeptical about technology's ability to perform such tasks. I.e. almost 100% of the time a human operator is what is needed to achieve usable results. (...) (14 years ago, 19-Mar-11, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

Are there any plans on creating an LDView-based browser plugin? It would be nice if a plugin were added to the Firefox or Chrome plugin libraries, as well as automatically loaded and found when encountering LDraw files. -Mike (14 years ago, 19-Mar-11, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I would like too create animations of several of my models rotating around their vertical axes and upload them to YouTube. 1. What movie codec/format should I use? 2. The number of frames should be divisible by 4 so that I get a nice view of the (...) (14 years ago, 19-Mar-11, to lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) Unfortunately, I can only scan what I have in front of me, and I don't own any of those parts. Let me see what I can do with the minifig heads and then I'll post that as proof-of-concept. Then if you're interested maybe we can work something (...) (14 years ago, 19-Mar-11, to lugnet.cad)
