  Re: Seam width in LDView

(...) It applies it to everything that it considers to be a part, but not a sub-part. A sub-part is any sub-file (or sub-sub-file, etc) of something that is determined to be a part. Adding an unofficial part header is the easiest way to convince (...) (17 years ago, 4-Mar-08, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Any interest in high amp. Train controllers?

(...) As someone who has built some heavy locomotives I would be interested. What are the main advantages of uping the amps? Cale (17 years ago, 4-Mar-08, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Any interest in high amp. Train controllers?

Hey all, I have been looking for new ways to help out the community much like I do with my custom track and I was wondering if there may be some interest in high amp train controllers much like the ones some train clubs all ready use. A stock Lego (...) (17 years ago, 4-Mar-08, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.trains)

  Seam width in LDView

Hi Travis. What does LDView apply the seam width settings to? When doing some part dev, I noticed it was "shrinking" a moved part, in this case, 3070.dat which includes 3070a.dat. I guess it is because it is missing an official part header? Thanks (17 years ago, 3-Mar-08, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: New Fan Website in German and English!

(...) Very nice. I especially liked the descriptions of building cardboard LEGO sorting containers. That's both a very flexible and very inexpensive solution to this problem! Jeff (17 years ago, 3-Mar-08, to lugnet.general, lugnet.people, lugnet.publish.html, FTX)

Dwarves and Trolls in the US?

Greetings, Does anyone happen to know if or when we might see the Dwarves and Trolls sets available in the US? S@H indicates they are not available in this country. I know the Dwarves mine was a limited release but I sure didn't expect it to be that (...) (17 years ago, 3-Mar-08, to lugnet.castle)

Re: new to nbc; invaders problem

John, Ah. That works fine. I guess I was thinking the graphics data would be compiled into the binary, but the lack of a path in the filenames in the various include files should have given me a clue. -Tim (...) (17 years ago, 3-Mar-08, to lugnet.robotics)

RE: Coming out of the dark ages...

Interestingly, this exchange caused me to break out my own RCX 1.0 to do some experimentation. I was able to get the serial IR tower to work with Windows Vista Ultimate x64 by using the USB to serial cable from a Vex programming kit (it's actually a (...)
