(...) Well, they already have a boolean data type. If we have arrays, arrays of booleans doesn't seem like much of a stretch. I'm not asking for bit-wise Ands and Ors, Shirts or Rolls here ;). (...) I'm not certain, but I think the file size will be basically the same for each resample option since the result is an 8k 8 bit mono file. There may be slight differences.
