(...) Hmmm... I think this could possibly be used on something like the 8421 crane, now that we have proper pieces to fix two cylinders together. Since cylinders are cheaper and more plentiful (especially in Backhoes) this makes sense for use on (...) (20 years ago, 27-Aug-05, to lugnet.technic)

(...) I don't quite understand what you're getting at, but I don't see how two switches back to back, offset from each other and switching the same signals would help. I think the trestles are directly buried in the ground on each side of the river, with rock in the ground being the support. I guess the timber wouldn't last (...) (...) That is a good point. Take a look at the .png format. They have made a fully extensible format which covers the simple, and covers the complex.
