U.S.S. Missouri (for real this time!)

OK, I got up early today and managed to get the photos from last weekend's GMLTC showing in La Crosse posted... including the long awaited (mostly) finished U.S.S. Missouri model. It's nearly 8 feet long, which prompted me to build a custom stand (...) (21 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.military) !!

  linker error

I use brickos-0.2.6.10.6 with a gcc 3.4.2 crosscompiler and binutils 2.15. When I try to make an executable I get the linker error: "cannot handle R_MEM_INDIRECT reloc when using symbolsrec output" I use a patched Makefile.user for making: ## ## (...)   Re: TRU sale

(...) In the one bucket I bought, the extra bricks were a lot of 1x4s, 1x6s, 1x8s in mostly white and blue... not unique but useful at least. Sined, Greg (21 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: German WW2 Transport Truck

(...) Follow-ups to the actual build: (URL) Sdkfz 251 is taking point. Rebuilds should probably sprinkle some dark gray in for more contrast, IE bottom plates and wheels. I also couldn't find any 4x2 wedges in bricks, just plates. (21 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: U.S.S. Vignette

(...) Steve, That's a pretty cool idea, akin to the moonbase project. Do you have an overall layout you are building out to? Ed (21 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, lugnet.town, lugnet.general, lugnet.build.military)

Re: Completed USS Missouri sneak peak...

(...) Wow. Never seen her in the camo either. Is the USS Duluth still able to provide support (or a parts donation)? Great to to see some new postings here. Ed (21 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.military)

  Space Exploration Monorail

My first foray into Space (URL) all I have to do is locate all the parts to build it. (Well its a train, and uses HiTech control units, and a few Technic parts, so the cross-postings seem vaguely relevant) William (21 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.trains, lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)
