(...) You'd think :) Actually, the background comes down to legal and tax issues. As I understand each country office/branch is a separate "company". So in Billund, it's LEGO A/S. To add to the confusion... I emailed Lego through the form on their web site, and asked: "What is the difference, exactly, between The LEGO Group and The LEGO Company?
