  Re: Space Penguins

(...) I forgot to mention my inspiration for Space Penguins, which can be found here: (URL) -Tom McD. (URL) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, FTX) !!

  Re: Space Penguins

I saw these on BS yesterday and I was totally floored. If I ever DO end up building in a theme this is one I'd like to try. The Penguins alone are fantastic. I love the SNOTtage on the ship as well. Thanks! Legoswami (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Space Penguins

Introducing Space Penguins! They could be related to Earth penguins, but I'm not sure. They are certainly smarter. They are quite selfish, but aren't evil. Favorite pasttimes include zoomin around the galaxy, hanging out together, and loud (...) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX) !!

I leave for one night and THIS is what you do? ;-)

GRR. I fall asleep and then overnight you guys make a new newsgroup?! Well, thank you Todd, Larry, Lenny or whoever did it, and thank you to Nelson for the suggestion. This is great! My (one and only) Vig: (URL) more to follow later. YAY! Legoswami (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette)

Poll: Do you think Lugnet Admin is a good job match for Larry?

After the recent furore it would be interesting to see what Lugnetters think on this issue. (URL) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.general)

  Re: .Vignette curator

(...) No objection from me. I think these two would be great. Bruce (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.admin.curators, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: New MOC: Knight Powersuit

(...) Thanks Jas. I had contemplated a headpiece, a la Patlabor, but it always wound up being way too tall and necky. I like the look that high shoulders gives, so I opted for it again. And the nice thing about most of the small designs I make is (...) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: rtlToronto19: Balance of Power and other upcoming events

(...) This is the second time I've gasped reading one of your suggestions today. Good show! :) You bring up an awesome point - anyone can build a HEAVY robot. But it takes real skill to lighten things up. I like this even more now. We don't need a (...) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Here's my take! Heh heh heh... (URL) All hail the almighty (URL) Airtech Claw Rig 2004>! Long Live Studless Technic! Keith (No pun intended, but I have no idea what the FUT should this be. :) ) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: New MOC: Knight Powersuit

(...) Thanks. (...) Yeah, that's probably the biggest "innovation" this one has over anything else I've done. Serves to let the legs swivel on the vertical axis, as well as providing waist articulation. But it's so frail. 9 times out of 10, if (...) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)
