 | | Dino Attack: Militarization of LEGO?
|

Greetings, all: I've been lurking in this group for quite some time; if you remember me at all, it'd be for my ancient Hind gunship design back when that Soviet-helicopter craze hit out here. Anyhow, I'm back because I'm stunned by FBTB.net's (...) (21 years ago, 25-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.military)

(snip) (...) Bryce, You always come up with the most interesting use for Bionicle Parts. Ever since seeing Tortured Soul in person, I've been in awe of Bionicle Part potential. You used 500 claws? Hey, I've got a bunch of black Onua claws. If you (...) (21 years ago, 24-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Most of the rest of us need way more weight, size and volume to get that kind of detail and realism. I predict these will be (...) Wow! The best compliment I could give it is that I bet Giger would like it if he saw it. I read somewhere that he used animal bones and meat under the black rubber in the original Alien costume. Of course, they didn't have Bionicle back in '78, so I (...) (21 years ago, 25-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
