| Duh! I forgot what I think is pretty big news. The Thomas rumours are true. He'll be along later this year. In Duplo, but still... hope LEGO didn't have to pay through the nose. And, I saw the long awaited LEGO StarWars game, it's now almost done (...) (21 years ago, 20-Feb-05, to lugnet.year.2005)

| I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Lego StarWars 2005 V.I.P. Gala event at the LEGO showroom at 25th and Broadway, in NYC, as part of this year's Toy Fair, so naturally I went... I uploaded a bunch of pics to BrickLink. They haven't been (...) (21 years ago, 20-Feb-05, to lugnet.year.2005, lugnet.lego) !!

| Didn't the motor equipped trains use the plate-w/motor-hole? You can clearly see 3 6x16 plates in the photo. Comparing the box art to Brickshelf's 111 they certainly look to be the same - not knowing what a 115 looks like :-( Matthias (21 years ago, 20-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

Each step is 2 plates taller than the previous step, so that's a 14 plate difference from the first step tp the last step (if we think of the first step being at 0)--so almost 5 bricks higher.
