OK, so I made a trolley go back and forth using NQC and my RCX. My wife's response to this was, "I that why you wanted a Mindstorms set?" Before I started writing a program to create mosaics from my own pictures, I needed lots of information on "how to reduce the colour palette of an image to a custom colour palette".
