Well it looks like Party Packagers in Missisauga (by Dundas/403) stock no LEGO/Duplo anymore. Instead they are supporting of the nasties clones I have seen in a while. They just replace the 4 letters in the LEGO logo with three foreign letters. Heck (...) (21 years ago, 2-Jan-05, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.tor)

It would appear that they're the same as in Europe, however, that still doesn't explain or justify the extreme smallness of the discount amount, especially given the higher cost of postage us Aussies have to put up with.
