(...) LDView has a nice feature where you can specify the default color for parts. I use rgb(128,128,80); it's close to grey, but tinted enough to easily differentiate grey parts from color 16. Andy (22 years ago, 15-Oct-04, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

David, Thanks for the input. I think the goal for the Great Ball Contraption will be different from your Crate Contraption for a couple reasons. For example, I don't expect this to run constantly. I'm hoping we'll be able to make it work for (...) (22 years ago, 15-Oct-04, to lugnet.org.us.smart)
