Re: More on sale at Costco

(...) In Indianapolis they have the 7133 at both Costcos but... the Castleton store is $9.97 and Michigan Road $7.97. I took the last 2 of 4728 at the Castleton store.   Re: Win a free set!

(...) Weird... I just noticed in my original post, I mis-spelled the URL. It should be: (URL) that and let me know via email (sink@countersinkdg.com) if it doesn't work. Thanks! Jake --- Jake McKee LEGO Enthusiast Webmaster - B.I. Portal (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.inst, lugnet.general)

Re: New builder and new mech (Mechastruct Entry: SRX-032 "Rook")

(...) Glad you like the chain idea. I came across that because the only thing that would work as a wheel (as a secondary movement system) and touch even with the foot was the gear. They looked boring so I put chain on them. Chris (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks, Tony. I'll try to post more soon. I actually have two more entries that I will post by the end of the day. (...) It is pretty boxy. (...) Yeah, it uses the 1x2 hinge. I would of used a click hinge, but I don't want to strain my click hinge resources any more. The inspiration came from a partially folded-up music stand, and then I noticed that it resembled the Blood Moon. That (...) (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: The Bear. A Troop Transport

Very nice. The brown slopes and the Slave I canopy blend well to form the hulky shape, and the hatch is very cool, as well. The way the flaps open works very well. The 'warp naccales' (SP?) work well, and the little dish with the connecting arm on (...) (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)
