Re: What's the big deal about the Mini TIE?

(...) The big deal is people are dumb. They think it's worth 30 bucks and I bet people might actually buy it too. I saw on ebay once, a pair of storm trooper bodies with a Han and Luke heads on em.   Re: Mac LDraw Viewer comments

(...) No, I didn't have back face culling turned on. Turning on BFC causes the window frames to disappear. Is this because LDViewer is making assumptions about the way the part files that may not be true? I just updated to 10.2.3, and that has (...) (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

  Re: wood vs Lego Box

(...) No, I think wood is easier to climb-it gives more traction for tires. The Lego boxes also deform, which the wood won't. Calum (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: What's the big deal about the Mini TIE?

Dunno, but I wouldn't mind building a few. Has anyone scanned the instructions yet? The pic I've seen of it doesn't quite give enough detail to build it. I've been to every ShopKo, Kohl's, Target, and Wal-Mart in Appleton, WI in the last 29 hours. Jango Slave I for $30 was nice. Wal-Mart has Spiderman Action for $24.27, which is close to TRU's BOGO price. (...) (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: QTVR of a model

For those with a high speed internet connection: (URL) (2.4 M). This is the same model, but it is colored (so it is easier to see). It has about twice as many angles, but it still has the same view bounds. James (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)
