| (...) Thanks, I stuck a pot in it's place and fiddled with it until I got 4.49k and it worked great. I came up with the 4.49k by taking 1/x*.0068 = 32.75. Where .0068 is the cap, and 32.75 was my desired frequency. So x was determined to be 4.49 (...) (27 years ago, 23-May-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

| Hi Fred, I do not know exactly of your situation with the IR detector/emitter arrangement. I found that it sometimes picks up noise occassionally. I also found that with small resister in the range that you are using (330ohms), the range is too much (...) (27 years ago, 23-May-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

| I also would like to ask you guys where the best place to purchase a handy board is. How much money do you save if you build it yourself as opposed to buying a pre-assembled board?
