I have returned! Anyways, I made a cool two-legged walker, similar to the Star Wars one. Not my cup of tea, but a local store has 5 of these for 28US$. I don't have any targets near by (or at all in Canada) but it sounds like they would have a better price if they have this set. yes, memory wires should be oscillating, back and forth betw 0 and 5 volts. this is not floating; floating implies not connected. re: your other DL probs, usually, it is a bad connection on the PCB. try continuity checks on the memory subsystem.
