The part selection in both sets is similar; the notable difference is that 4222 has a (...) (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) When I was at the Georgia Lego Outlet earlier this week they had 2 to 3 cardboard displays of set 2847 for $1.99. Last I heard, they ship older out of production sets anywhere in the U.S. Their phone # is 706-216-2800. Ken (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Play wear?

Hi, I was thinking. The soccer kicking pieces are cool and all, but how long do they last? After going through much use, I wonder how much they could take. In the years to come, people wanting to buy used soccer sets will have to do without the (...) (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.sports)
