(...) break, (...) I'm not as pure as I used to be(1), I'd buy these. I'd also buy a hobbyist implementation of DCC as long as I didn't have to do any work to assemble electronics that involved soldering. 1 - just the other night I *cut* some (...) (26 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) How do you assess popularity? Number of sets available? Number sold? If it is so popular, why is the number of train sets so thin on the ground? And why do shops not stock it? And why do Lego not even bother importing it into the UK as they (...) (26 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)

Mine are very tightly packed by using 8 1x2 plates with handle, and 2 1x1 plate clip lights. BTW I downloaded the .dat files for the Scarab and Panther, very nice! I also see that the Panther uses a similar ankle, and shin joints like my Neroid, (...) (26 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.publish)

It is always great to see new models by you Karim. You know, I think it was you and Ben Vaughn who got me back into Lego building about 1.5 years ago. One of the things I often point out as to why trains should be so popular is that it is really the only model of a real life SYSTEM which can be so completely simulated.
