  IR Tower - Laptop Comms
 
Maybe not exactly Lego, but..... Has anyone any thoughts about using the IR Tower to communicate with a Laptop's built in IR transceiver? Maybe set it up using Direct Cable Connection?? If I should ask this elsewhere, please put me straight :) (26 years ago, 4-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Often commercial decorator balloons are a lot better choice for small lifting tasks than weather balloons which are quite fragile. Qualatex makes a 30 inch balloon that is rugged and gets into the range needed to lift some Lego projects, though it (...) (26 years ago, 4-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics)
