It adds to the look. It _should_ be fire-retardant. If you are going out to
buy it, (and have the $$$) I would get fire-retardant material. Otherwise, ask
at the store you get the material from, (me thinks it is Borax you wash it in,
and presto, fireretardant)

Both.

Depends on height of plexiglass. PNLTC has several (lots) of different sizes
of plexiglass. The only PNLTC show which I have made it to had very high
Plexiglass, and no rope (Seattle Center Whirlygig). If you are going to
supervise closely, then low plexiglass, and no rope would be nice, from the
prospective of view. It also depends on hight above the ground, is it on 30"
or higher legs??? this puts it out of range of the shorter/younger childeren
who will break things...leaving it in range of the older ones who will steal
things!
