Very pretty, I especially like the map for the background.

Maybe it's me, but the Eurostar just doesn't look right to me.  Shouldn't the
roofline above the windshield slope down and right, instead of down and left?
Look at the black slopes or the red line above the windshield to see what I'm
talking about...  All the other locomotives have their roofline sloping down
and left, but that's because we're looking at their left sides.  The
Eurostart, we're looking at its right side, so the roof should slope the
other way.

Or am I just being (especially) strange today???

Hi John,

It took me a while to realise what you meant with the comment on the Eurostar,
but I took a closer look and now I see what you mean.
I think the distortion comes from using a extreme wide lens for this picture.
This gives it a great sense of depth but also distrorts the perspective a lot.
It may look like all the trains are on the same line but they are not; the
Eurostart (far right) is actually far behind the Duplex (far left). You can see
this by looking where the trains are compared to the seams between the tracks,
the nose of the Thalys is on a seam while the Eurostart is behind a seam.
I hadn't noticed it, so thanks for pointing it out.

Jeroen
