I hope you have considered portability during your construction (the first
iterations of our layouts certainly didnt) so that youll be able to in
theory show them off in some sort of public exposition one day. If not,
its never too late to go back and change everything;-)

I was harping on him about that. I want to see him come to the NMRA in Philly,
even if only what will fit on a (train) carryon...

I think Ive convinced him to start doing more in progress stuff... he has a
tripod already and a nice Nikon with timer, macro, and flash
control/suppression, thats all you need.
