An elite command of operatives specialized in stealing vehicles of all sorts and
converting them to meet with rigorous Blacktron military specs. Shown below is
one of many Cosmic Cruisers that were indoctrinated into the Blacktron fleet.
These special ships were often used for scouting and raiding operations, often
called “stinger recons,” or “stincons” in the victim’s parlance.
