An idea would be to use more slopes. The main body of your ship has an almost
rectangular cross-section, so if you would make the corners less pointy, a great
deal of boxiness would disappear.
Another idea is to make SNOT sides to the ship, i.e. adding a slightly rounded
panel with studs facing outward on both the left and right hand side of the
ship.
Take the time to experiment with shapes, colours and parts, and see what comes
up.
