I always love to see the slick use of Bionicle pieces. And considering how long it took me to figure out what it was, I’d say this one is especially slick. It’s been a long time since I read Appleseed, so I don’t remember exactly what it’s supposed to look like, but it looks great! If there was anything I would change it might be the shoulders.

(I can’t wait for the new Appleseed movie.)

As a fan of Masamune Shirow and Appleseed I always wanted to build a Landmate. It was a bit tricky to keep it close enough to scale. I am mostly pleased with the results but I will keep trying to improve it. I was working on prototypes for (URL) (...) (20 years ago, 24-Aug-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)
