Yesterday, I stood in my local WalMart LEGO aisle staring at the sets. Nothing
really jumped out and said, "Imagine the possibilities!"
Most of the Star Wars stuff is just too brown for my taste in space MOC's,
especially with the current PCS aesthetic. Adventurers is all wrong, and what's
left of Alpha Team is too black.

So, my question is:

What sets are readily available in retail stores that people think would add to
my collection for building PCS, Classic Space, an NASA-inspired MOCs?

And if that weren't enough, are there any under $30.00 US?

Meanwhile, Secondary Systems continues apace of their colonization of Mars. A
new surface rover is under development. Please stay tuned.

Good parts in that one (except fer that solar sail thingy). The Gunship was and is a (...) (21 years ago, 30-May-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) I find that a few of the HP sets have some decent parts, but the motherload of useful thingies comes from the Snowspeeder/AT-ST pack. Tons of useful parts in there, without even a single useless piece. And all of it is in grey, perfect for (...) (21 years ago, 30-May-03, to lugnet.space)
