Hello Mr. Wells,
Being a relative new-comer as well, let me describe. A 'Fleebnork' is a small,
space going creature that lives off of the energy that a starship gives off.
Therefore, in a given starship's tour of duty, a large number of Fleebnorks may
attach themselves to the starship. It is then the job of some poor unlucky guy
to don a spacesuit and go and burn the Fleebnorks off the ship.
Such as:

where we see the venerable Capt. Ahnee (recent inductee to SpaceForce) clearing
fleebnorks off the Starship Gibralter.

Fleebnorks are made with transgreen scorpions with a transgreen 2x2 radar dish
on its back.
I'd also recommend doing a search for "fleebnork" in the Lugnet News search.
Peace
_lenny
