October Meeting -- Train/Town Layouts

I have not yet finalized the date of the October Meeting that I will be
hosting. But I am thinking that SATURDAY NOVEMBER 02 will be best.
To date, I only know dates that John Barnes cannot attend (Oct 17 thru 25).
I have not yet reserved our meeting space (my church in Vernon Center) so it is
not too late to tell me what dates are better than others.
The plan for this meeting will be for everyone to showcase their latest
creations. Expect to see a lot of Lego at this meeting. There will be ample
space and tables to set up multiple Train/Town Layouts, limited only by how
much track we all bring. I especially hope that John Barnes will be able to
set up his automated layouts so we can see them in live working order.
I expect to put a lot of time towards this event and have some things in mind
to build that I need to get started on or complete. I think a good time table
for this event will be Noon to 4 PM or much later into the evening if people
can stay longer. Food availability may be an issue, but I will work on that as
time draws near.
Please pencil NOVEMBER 02 in your calendars for the big LUCNY Train/Town
Layout in Vernon Center.

Routes 31 and 26 in Vernon Center
(Mapquest shows the location pretty well)
