I'm thinking of a fun event for a dinner next month.

Would this - http://physics.ucsd.edu/was-sdphul/labs/demos/pics/large_cap.jpg -
cap' be big enough?

Okay, the fun event is not, lick the capacitor (or Bruce for that matter), it's
like, a series of ongoing mini-games from month to month.

Ie, next month, the challenge might to build a capacitor powered machine to
clear
regularly spaced hurdles.  The next dinner aftert hat would be to build a
machine that lifts the most number of milk/cream cups etc.
