could you please add the one other winnig condition dave mentioned earlier:

| (...) I don't know this does change strategies significantly. For example playing out the rope would no longer be very effective. You can't release more then 18" of it or you loose. | Well, enough time has pass that most people weighed in on the idea of the new rule addition suggestion. as is typical with rtlToronto, those few who spoke up, dont have a strong opinion either way. SO, if its ok, with the group, and Calum, then lets (...) (18 years ago, 8-Jun-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
