well, not quite.  NOVALTC changed it's name in nov '99 to WAMALUG.  WAMALTC
was created June, 21, 2000...

When was WAMALUG officially formed then?  I've got November 15, 1999 as the
earliest seen mention of the name.

How close is July 16, 1999 to the official formation date of NOVALTC?
