These Avatar images (etc..) seem to pertain to a website called
BionicleZone. Could the creators of these images please keep these where
they belong and off BrickShelf.

And who are you to even think about suggesting this? Are you an admin of
brickshelf?

LOL, is anyone an admin of brickshelf? of course not, but I believe there
should be. We need some people to weed out all the junk that gets posted on
there. Now, whether these avatars are considered junk or not is up to Kevin.

I thought Kevin was an admin of brickshelf, other than that I have no idea.

Whaa, whaa, whaa... Would you like some cheese to go with that whine?

I love cheese!
lol, so do I. Land of Lakes medium chedder to be exact `,D

And this is comming from a person who is selling bionicle masks in his >brickbay shop... tsk tsk tsk!

I'd be selling them too. :D
So would I, I just found it ironic that he was talking trash about bionice
(as well as the images) but he was selling them, and assuming he was making
money from them.

I am getting very tired of people like you - and what I mean is the type of
person who thinks to themself "I do not like this - so lets ban it and get
rid of it form where I go!" and do not have the maturity to think to
themself "You know, I do not like this, so let me just ignore it."

How can you ignore that hideous, pixelated garbage?

Its easy. And your hideous, pixelated garbage is others treasure (not mine,
but thats not the point).

How are these updates effecting you? Other than having to look at the folder
icon and click 'next' one or two more times?

Well, for one I don't check brickshelf anywhere near as often as I used to
knowing full well the only thing I'm going to see is junk drawn in MSPaint.
For another, anything good that actually gets posted is drown out by this
junk before anyone sees it.

Nothing is really drowned out, you just have to hit 'next' one or two times
more than you used to do.

Just because you do not like
it, just because you do not see the point does not mean others do, and does
not give you the right to try to ban them from a sitw you really have
nothing to do with. You do not pay for brickshelf, you have no admin duties
there - so why are you calling for the banishment of them?

When did he ever say they need to be banned? All he's saying is that they
are annoying. And I, along with many others, happen to agree.

He called for the TOS to be changed to not allow them... ie banning

Bionicle is made by Lego, brickshelf is for lego items, so to make it simple...
Bionicle = Lego
Brickshelf = Lego
so
Bionicle = Brickshelf

He specifically said he has no problem with BIONICLE. It's those ugly and
useless "avatars" that are the problem.

No, he said he did have a problem with it and it was a passing fad.

I can fully understand that you do not like Bionicle, but you have to
understand that not everybody shares in your view. And for you to come here
and whine that you are "very tired of checking out the BrickShelf recent
updates page to see it flooded with these annoying pixelated images." shows
me you lack the maturity aand the ability to overlook them.

How does expressing his opinion make him immature?

There is nothing wrong with expressing your opinion (like I am doing) but
there is something wrong with saying basically 'I do not like them, so they
should be banned' there IS something wrong and immature about that.

And no, I am not one of the people who have posted any of these images. I
just do not like petty whiners.

Sorry, I not too fond of flamers either.
