At a time where there should only be the greatest happiness, tragedy has struck
one of our Minneapolis AFOL friends.  I would be so happy to announce the birth
of Joshua Kelly, son of Brian and Amanda Kelly, but celibrations seem so out of
place when the little guy is struggling after open heart surgery performed when
he was only four hours old.

Brian has informed me that he wishes to liquidate at least some of his LEGO
collection to help pay for expensis associated with his son's surgery and
hospitalization.  Brian describes the collection as "hundreds of gallons of
parts and pieces".  A sale will be taking place at Brian's house, which also
doubles as the office for his toy business.  Inquiries can be sent via E-mail to
kelly01@visi.com.

Oh gosh, that's frightening. My thoughts are with them.

As Dean posted earlier, Brian Kelly would like to sell off his bulk Lego
collection to help cover medical expenses for his newborn son Joshua, who
required open heart surgery shortly after his recent birth.

What: "Pick-a-brick" style sale of hundreds of gallons of used Lego elements.
Come and choose just the parts you're interested in.  The parts are roughly
sorted by color and type, with minifigs and baseplates also separated.  This
collection is from numerous garage sale buys so there should be some good stuff
in there.

When: This Saturday, May 7th at 2PM.

Where: 4239 15th Ave. South, Minneapolis, 55407 (slightly northwest of Lake
Hiawatha)

Price: Make a fair offer on what you select.

Please consider helping Brian and his family in this way.  Brian can be
contacted with any questions at kelly01@visi.com.
